October 4, 2021Vicci from AZ Verified Squaremouth CustomerBeen trying to file a claim for damaged luggage. Getting the runaround and making the claims process much more cumbersome than need be. I.e., i must call the airline, etc. before I could file a claim, must have receipts for purchase.
