    The 24 hour assistance staff was very helpful in getting our case information set up. We hope they are that helpful when we go to file the claim now following our trip.

    Great experience. Customer service was very helpful answering all my questions. The pricing was very competitive for the options selected and I will definitely use Squaremouth in the future.

    thus far, the customer service has been great!

    1. the claim was lost for approx 3 weeks, and i had to call them to find it in their files......
    2. they then sent me this: "Complete Booking Confirmation with dates of travel and flight information for your Spirit Airlines flight"

    3. Then, I sent them this...."you have it..........if you would have read the file i sent you.......its page 7, 8, 9, 10, 11...........ReRead please: my packet was lost for approx 3 weeks and now you are asking for information already sent to you.......this is not going well......

    4. I then got ANOTHER note saying they would get back to me in 15 days.........." Your Claim information has been received. Please allow up to 15 business days for review. "

    I am not confident with this company!

    She explained the claim process and the documentation required.

    I observed that the process was very difficult.

    She told me, in a very sharp tone that if I did not want to follow the process then I should not file a claim. Did not appreciate her response or tone. She is clearly one who is a prime candidate for retraining.

    AXA makes very easy to purchase their product but very difficult to use it.

    Gives me pause to wonder why I would want to use AXA again.

    No complaints but as always, read before you buy the fine print in any policy you are considering. fortunately, we did not have any problems with our trip and do not need to make any claim

    I spoke to a representative prior to my trip to Japan, just to make sure all was in order. He was polite and answered all my questions.
