    Did not take the trip. Had a lot of trouble collecting from CSA due to legitimate claim. Would not use them again.

    please send claim forms. I left trip three days early because of acute medical problems secondary to gastroenteritis, dehydration, and most of all altitude in excess of 12,000 feet, the combination of which did me in. I did consult with a doctor in La Paz Bolivia for the problem. We have receipts for all but amount is not at all excessive and includes extra fee for change of flight for both of us, doctor visit $45.00, loss of 3 days, extra fee for re-routing because of minor strike in Potosi, Bolivia which shut down entire city for the day we were scheduled to arrive so we bypassed that city and had a driver take us from Sucre directly to Uyuni, Bolivia (Salt Flat Palace Hotel).

    We missed a day of our tour, lost our bag for 24 hours, and lost two of our bags on the return trip and none of that was covered. How's that for insurance?
