Before Trip I am thankful I did not have to file a claim. Just knowing I had insurance made me feel good.
During Trip Just knowing it is there when I need it is a good feeling
Claim Process I did not need this.

Before Trip Difficult to rate customer service as policy was purchased online, however, navigating site to find what I wanted was easy.
During Trip Did not use any service during my trip so these questions aren't applicable.

Before Trip Our trip was cancelled! We scheduled a new trip for September 21st thru October 2nd 2012. We took this insurance policy and applied it to the new trip. Because the trip cost went up etc. we had to pay an additional fee of almost as much as the original price for the insurance. Not sure that was cool but we need travel insurance.
