    We had the insurance in place, but thankfully, we did not have to use it. So, no contact with the insurance carrier during our trip, hence no comment

    All I can speak to is the customer service while purchasing plan...helpful, informative and found a plan that fit my needs...grateful, I did not need it!!!

    During Trip
    We did not contact them until we returned home which was 4 days prior to our original completed vacation. We contacted them on May 16 and we received the claims form on the 17th of May.

    We have not submitted a claim this far because we are waiting for the hospital expenses.

    Before Trip
    I didn't receive the documentation in the mail before leaving for my trip, so I contacted the insurance company and they sent the papers to me as an attachment to my email.
