During Trip We had the insurance in place, but thankfully, we did not have to use it. So, no contact with the insurance carrier during our trip, hence no comment

During Trip We did not contact them until we returned home which was 4 days prior to our original completed vacation. We contacted them on May 16 and we received the claims form on the 17th of May.
Claim Process We have not submitted a claim this far because we are waiting for the hospital expenses.

Before Trip I didn't receive the documentation in the mail before leaving for my trip, so I contacted the insurance company and they sent the papers to me as an attachment to my email.
