Since we are both on Medicare it is helpful to have the option of not buying medical coverage for domestic travel. Everything went well with purchasing this insurance but I cannot make any comment about your service as we did not have to file a claim.During Trip

Since all transactions were done on-line, I rated 5 stars on all of the above due to ease of access and completion of our insurance needs. We received our confirmation and policy via email within minutes.During Trip
No contact was necessary.Claim Process
No claims were made although we wished we had gotten some type of theft insurance when our laptop was stolen at our hotel! We were happy not to have made a claim for medical problems.
