Very long phone wait times to speak with customer service. Not something you want when you've got a problem. Also, they didn't respond to my email when I asked about changing the policy. I think that was over three weeks ago and haven't got a response.

I liked that they had a policy that did not carry coverage for items I was not interested in and thereby reduced the cost.During Trip

I called at the last minute, so documentation via email was excellent. The paper copy was waiting for me when I returned home. I have no idea when it arrived, so I can't evaluate how quickly that part of the process took.During Trip
