    We did not need to use our Travel Insurance, thankful for that. I was happy to know that we had it available to us if needed. However, I did need to call prior to the trip with questions, and the Customer Service Rep, was very helpful!

    I would use this insurance company again.

    Prior to departing, I developed Achilles tendinitis. My physician recommended that I not go on the trip due to danger of rupture/laceration of the tendon. I mailed a claim for cancellation due to medical reasons on 4/26/19. I called several times for status updates. They stated they weren’t in receipt of the claim until 5/9/18. They now tell me they will take up to 15 business days to process it.

    Very helpful staff! Very sorry we were unable to make our trip due to illness but you made the claim process relatively painless unlike other insurance companies.

    I had trouble getting consistent accurate information from the people answering their phone. Some people gave me inaccurate information, such as they couldn't take my payment over the phone, where other people did. As I purchased more coverage they did not send follow up emails noting my increase on the policy in a timely fashion and I almost always had to call and ask. One time they were unable to charge my credit card for the payment and failed to notify me, resulting in weeks of me thinking that I had purchased coverage and nothing had been purchased. Just didn't seem to have their act together.
