    Need to keep the claim part oped as it has been just over a week frrom the reported accident of my wife, Linda. I did call to report the accident from the ship because my cell phone had no service. I was placed on hold twice and ran up a charge of $84.83 for 17 minutes on the phone at $4.99 per minute. I left the ship's number and my room number, but no one called back. I called again when I got home to make sure the accident was on file. Should be reimbursed for the call.

    pleasantly, I did not have to contact the provider for a claim. before the trip, john hancock got the insurance document to me immediately. I appreciated that so I could review it. ty

    The only reason for 4 stars, not 5 was a slight confusion in their reading my first claim submission, but this was readily cleared up and the claim reasonably
    promptly paid.

    I am wondering if there is any insurance company that, when you know where you are traveling to, can link you to a specific doctor or clinic that they find reliable and that can process claims easily. Let me know.
