    Submitted claim immediately upon finding out that we would be unable to travel due to husband's hospitalization. Was told it would take up to thirty days to process. Three weeks into process received an e-mail that I had not responded to an e-mail I never received. Called and spoke with agent who said I needed to submit proof of cancellation with the travel company. I directed her back to the original documents that I had submitted and she found the pertinent documentation. They apologized for the oversight and immediately processed our claim. We received compensation within a few days. Very satisfied.

    I loved that I could chose the specific type of insurance that I felt I needed for my trip and to which I felt I would need financial assistance if it arose. I did speak with someone before I purchased and was pleasantly surprised to be treated with courtesy, to have an agent that was informed, and to feel confident that this was the right choice for me. I will definitely consider this again for future travel insurance needs.

    In my experience it has been easy to choose the right insurance with RoamRight. We did have to file a claim once, a few years ago, and this also went very smoothly.

    Really great assistance and resolve at the time of an emergency, in Southeast Asia. They took good care of us, keeping in contact as fast as possible. Claim was filed and easily resolved. Very satisfied with this particular experience with Arch RoamRight.

    This is the second policy I have taken out with Arch RoamRight. I have found they have a variety of levels of coverage which allows me to pick the exact coverage I need. Fortunately, I have not needed to file any claims. If and when I do, I have confidence that they will be handled promptly.

    Telephone interaction was not very helpful. They want you to do everything on line. Filed a medical claim and am waiting to hear what they say.

    I am very pleased with the way this claim was handled. I was paid quickly after submitting my claim and did not have to send any additional information.

    We are unsure why you found your call with our customer service representative unhelpful. Listening to the call recording, it seems that our representative was able to answer the questions you had and provide a copy of the claim form requested.

    While we do encourage our customers to file claims online because it allows for faster processing time on our end, we do not require everyone to file their claim that way. Our representative offered to either mail or email the claim form to you, and she honored your request to have it emailed.
