The dates of the trip were changed by the tour company. 7 corners provided a letter for the change, but no new ID cards.
We were asked by Squaremouth to provided a post-trip review while still on the trip.
This is minor stuff. We had no problems that would have required a claim to be filed.

I put in a claim to squaremouth/seven corners because we had to cancel 3 weeks before our trip. I am still waiting to hear from you regarding our claim.

Wanting to secure travel insurance was a complicated process until I found SquareMouth online and was able to compare coverage, prices, etc. I still had some questions, so I spoke with a representative who was very helpful with advice on which plan, coverage...would be best for me. My documents arrived immediately and to my satisfaction. I will use this company for future travel when wanting travel insurance.

Travel Insured International, plan # 140602WTP140139, issued on 6/2/2014. Departure date, 7/1/2014; return date was 7/13/2014. We encountered partial trip cancellation, definite trip interruption, travel delay more than 6 hours, as well as missed connection for more than 3 hours, as well as an itinerary change. This was a multi-city trip. 7/1/2014 leave RSW direct to NYC, (scheduled, but cancelled by Delta, as well as interrupted) was to leave NYC on 7/3/2014 on direct flight to Cleveland, Ohio, with return on 7/13/2014 to RSW. We did manage with Delta to leave our scheduled remaining flight from Cleveland, Ohio to RSW on 7/13/2014! Cancelled, interrupted, delayed, missed connection, itinerary change for one leg of trip! I'm not sure I have been supplied with all the correct paperwork to process this claim. But I do have all the receipts to submit for total compensation for all of our troubles.
I believe that I did react with 24 hour assistance, but was working non-stop with Delta and others trying to get a flight out of NYC, since ours was cancelled by Delta on the morning of our departure of July 3rd.
I have purchased these plans before, and with all the paperwork submitted, usually claims have been paid. I would expect that Travel Insured International will do the same. I also have the assurance that everything will be backed up by Squaremouth. Thank you! And I do recommend you to many friends and family.
Due to timing and compiling all information, I am expecting to complete the claim on our trip from RSW to NYC to CLEV, and back to RSW for myself, husband, and two (2) grandchildren, age 17 & 14, who accompanied us on this trip.
I know that with all the information provided, I would expect compensation for the flight cancelled by Delta airlines. Delta did not provide us with help on accommodations for a hotel in NYC or any meals. The
earliest flight Delta would put all of us on would have us arriving at Cleveland airport at 12:35am on July 5th. Therefore, we had to call and secure a rental car, a taxi to the rental agency in NY, food and lodging at our expense for the night of July 3rd, since a rental car was not available until July 4th. We had a pre-planned event in the Cleveland area on the 4th of July. Plus, with it being a holiday, our hotel was sold out. My husband is handicapped and requires a wheelchair or scooter, as well as oxygen 12/7. So, this was not an easy task.
Our regular scheduled (cancelled by Delta ) flight was to leave NYC at 5:45pm on a non-stop, direct flt. to Cleveland, Ohio, arriving at 7:38pm, JULY 3rd, 2014. Therefore, we also lost the rental car we had scheduled at that location!
There's more, Thank you,
Theoda McGarry

It has taken me a long time to write this review. I was injured in Florence on this trip. Two things happened on the trip for which I needed insurance coverage. The worst was that I suffered a traumatic brain injury and was in an Italian hospital for seven days with a subdural hematoma and a contra-coup contusion and three fractures. Trip insurance did reimburse for having to change my return flight date due to the injury
Just a few hours prior to the injury, however, right after getting off the train to Florence, my husband had his backpack stolen in a deli and he lost clothing, a Nook, etc. The insurance refused to cover the cost of the loss of his goods because we did not report to the police within 24 hours. After having the goods stolen we searched for the thief up and down the street and around the block and then decided to go to the apartment we rented (which was very close to the train station) to leave our luggage and then go out to look for a police station before beginning our tour of Florence.
When leaving the apartment I fell backwards down the stone steps outside of our room, lost consciousness and was bleeding profusely from my head. I was transported by ambulance to the hospital.
I was in the emergency room for CAT scans, testing, etc. and then kept on gurney for about seven hours for observation before being transported and admitted to the Neurology unit after midnight. My husband would not leave my side as he did not know if I needed surgery or even if I was going to live. The friend we were traveling with eventually (it is on the report as the next day) went to the police station to report the loss of my husband's goods. I think, given the circumstances of what happened, we should have been given consideration on the report to the police station.
