When I originally purchased this policy, I listed the wrong dates. Squaremouth made it right without any hassles actually adding a few days to coverage without adding premium. Although I didn’t file a claim, I would use them again. I have confidence in this company based on the way they interacted with me when I had a problem.

I cut my finger while away and contacted Tin Leg. They were very responsive to my injury, recommended places to go to have my finger evaluated, and followed up with me. In the end I decided I didn’t need to see a doctor, but I felt very comfortable knowing I could if I needed to. I will definitely be using them again for my next trip abroad.

Claim procedure is a little cumbersome, they need my travel itenary, copy of receipt for my policy, both of which should be in my file under my policy number.

When I originally booked the trip, I thought that the start date would be 11/20. After some back and forth with the tour company and the rest of the group, we landed on a start date that required me to leave the US on 11/18. At the last minute (2 weeks before the trip), I realized that my policy was wrong. I called and the customer service group adjusted immediately (and provided an immediate update) without charge. This really helped lessen the stress of travel preparation. Thanks! Really appreciated.
