I am just glad we didn't have any need to use Tin Leg.

I was able to add a couple of prepaid reservations to our policy's "trip cost" which were made and paid for after buying our policy. On both occasions.your representatives were very helpful and courteous. And of course I was very pleased that neither of our new additions resulted in any additional premium payments.

This is the third time I've purchased trip insurance through Squaremouth, and my experience has been consistently excellent. Will come back for future travel.

Square mouth Web site is easy to navigate and the policy comparison page is excellent. I've purchased travel insurance many times from several companies using Sqduaremouth. This is the first time submitting a claim and everything went well with Tinleg Insurance. The claim is being paid.

Easy to compare and purchase coverage. Did not interact with any customer service or claims personnel. Fortunately, did not need to use insurance.

Your service did not tell me that I need to provide the airline's document that the flight was cancelled until I contacted a few weeks later to find out about this.

I purchased travel insurance primarily for the Medical Insurance Coverage and considered the Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption and other aspects to be secondary.

The customer service staff at SquareMouth were very helpful with my many questions. The website is excellent and easy to use. The ease with which I could compare policies from many companies on SquareMouth.com was the main reason I eventually purchased a policy through the website. I did try a few other websites, but SquareMouth was the most user friendly.

I had a complicated trip to Europe. We were gone for one month and traveled extensively, the longest we stayed in any one city was 4 nights. I made all the arrangements myself and paid for them on an individual basis. Travel Insurance seems better designed for a trip purchased through an agent or a cruise - one big payment. I also never understood what the policy would cover. if anything, if I found it necessary to cancel one segment of the trip (perhaps because I was too ill to travel), BUT not to come home early. It seems to be designed to cover a trip cancellation prior to departure or to come home early for a covered reason. I purchased the Travel Insurance primarily for the Medical Coverage, which - Thankfully - I did not use. I decided that a complete understanding of all the ins and outs of the other features was not important. I decided that IF I had a problem of some kind to contact SquareMouth or the Travel Insurance Company and ask for assistance and advice. I am happy that we never had any problems and did not test my decision.

Easy, hassle free process. We had to extend our trip by a week and the incremental cost of the policy was very reasonable. Staff were very helpful in this regard.

We'll certainly use SquareMouth for our next trip.
