Fellow passengers had confusion on connections from Victoria Falls to Cape Town and almost had a claim against their coverage, but we all worked it out.

He visited the medical center twice. We submitted a claim for the doctor's visit and medication, one of which was merely an otc treatment. Tin Leg did a short phone interview, then sent us an email so we could amend the claim and include scanned receipts., which were all submitted by email. We got the check a few days later. The claim was for a fairly small amount, so I don't know how they would handle a major claim, but I was very satisfied with their performance in this instance.
