    I needed a plan that had overseas COVID coverage as well as SCUBA accident coverage—plans were easy to find, and customer service was incredibly helpful in picking out the right plan! Thank you!

    such friendly and accurate asssistance when we called to learn about your policies. totally flawless procedure beginning to end, and knowing we had covid insurance was a welcome relief when we traveled. we just booked a 2nd policy, as well, for an upcoming trip.

    Too early to comment. I had a heart attack on the first day of our cruise and will be filing a substantial claim. I'll be happy to evaluate after my claim is paid.

    October 27, 2021. The insurance contract explains the benefits, limits and conditions in a very detailed description. The customer service center is available for extended hours. The process of examining and purchasing the insurance policy was organized and easy.

    So far I have only contacted to see if I could add a rental car to the policy. I was told no. But they were very pleasant. I will be filing a claim. Our luggage went missing on our return.

    Communication with Tin Leg claim dept was excellent. They were clear on the documentation need and continuously followed up to see if I required assistance. Time lines provided were accurate. The outcome was beyond my expectations.
