    The process was seamless. I reviewed the offer, coverage and cost, against some other companies and Tin Leg had the best option for me and my traveling family. Wasn't the cheapest but not the highest cost and offered all of the coverage that I would feel I'd need.

    I contacted customer service to get clarification on how the process would take place in case any COVID delays. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly quickly answering all of my doubts.

    I've returned from my trip and luckily didn't have to access the coverage but I surely felt safe having it. Highly recommend the ease and overall offer from Tin Leg

    I have used SquareMouth twice while traveling abroad. It’s fast and easy to do. No hassle. Customer service reps make sure you get the coverage you need at the best rates. Definitely will use them in the future.

    I would never do business with Tin Leg again. They referred me to three different organizations to manage the claim and each took way too long to adjudicate the claim. They finally asked me for certain airline documentation (beyond all the documentation I submitted) that I couldn't provide because of the nature of the claim, e.g. baggage claim form because there were NO United personnel at the Toronto International Airport and thus NO United claim forms available. The baggage claim was filed via telephone because that was the only option. I regarded Tin Leg as unpleasant to work with in the past and this experience confirms my decision to avoid them at all cost in the future.

    It was reassuring to know that if a medical emergency occurred while traveling overseas. I would be covered! Praise God - I stayed well!

    We had to cancel our trip due to my husband’s brother passing. I called to get information and guidance and the rep was very kind, sympathetic and helpful. All interactions thereafter via phone or email were professional, thorough and efficient

    It was hard to find the travel insurance site, but my Internet shopping, customer service and purchase experiences were all positive. I really appreciated having short easy to understand and comprehensive travel coverage.

    Tin Leg gave me peace of mind to travel during Covid19 AND during my travels to experience the lakes, rivers and mountains of British Columbia, Canada.
    Tips for travelers: I daily checked updates from Canada's government and my airline's websites. I followed and filled out online mandates/requirements of "ArriveCAN." The form included uploading my proof of full Covid 19 vaccination and the 72 hour before flight departure the Covid 19 negative test result. I believe following the mandates paved my way for smooth boarding of airline and cleared Canada Border/customs. My return trip required my negative Covid 19 test. I was impressed with my airline's acceptance of the "Rapid Antigen" Covid 19 test and the test was conveniently administered inside Vancouver International Airport.
    Thank You Tin Leg for your flexibly changing my travel insurance dates due to early 2019's Covid 19 "stay-at-home" restrictions.

    Have used SquareMouth for several trips. Great layout for comparative shopping. Used customer assistance when a trip was rescheduled due to Covid--no problem changing dates on the plan. Will use again!
