I will be submitting a claim soon for the cell phone that was yanked out of my hands in Barcelona. My only interaction with the Insurance Co was to report the incident, and to have them send me claim forms, which was done promptly.

My claim was handled promptly, and Travel Insured International sent me a check for the claim this week. It didn't cover the cost of my stolen phone, but the policy only covered each item lost for a maximum of $250.00, so that's what was paid out. I'm very happy with the service. Thanks.

I'm still waiting for them to open the envelope I sent. I sent it certified mail, and it's been there for 6 days, and they haven't opened it yet. I purchased through Squaremouth because I like the service they provided in the past. Having a third party assisting with claims is very helpful when dealing with insurance companies.

The claim process was so simple and hassle free. I made a call, got the claim form, sent it in along with the documents they requested. They sent me an electronic payment 2 weeks later. Amazing service!

We go screwed by On Call International who is their gatekeeper. They refused to honor one of the conditions of the policy which resulted in a return trip from ****. I recommend that everyone stay away from Travel Insured International at all costs.

The wording in the explanation for beneficiary was a bit confusing because the box was automatically populated with my own name, so I had to call in and talk to a representative to make sure that the beneficiary was someone else besides me. The representative was helpful, but I could tell she was a bit confused as well. Maybe it was obvious to her, but not to me. In the end, I was happy to have the policy, even when I didn't need it. Peace of mind.

We are so sorry to hear about your dog, and we apologize for any frustrations you have experienced with Travel Insured. Unfortunately, our furry best friends are not a defined family member under the plans offered. The only way a traveler may receive a reimbursement is if they purchased a plan with Cancel for Any Reason coverage. Again, we apologize and hope you consider us again in the future.
