Now, with Travel Insured International, Inc - its ****!
They keep asking for documents , i send them the same thing over and over - and this is too much!
they behave like a scam!so far i have spread the word about how good this insurance is but from now on - only bad things will be spread out!

While we did not need the coverage, thank G-d, we did have a travel delay and were told that our luggage would be delayed. I contacted the insurance claims department to find out what they'd cover and the representative was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. In the end our suitcases did arrive with us so I did not need to make a claim. Thank you for reassuring us in any case!

I had a question about coverage on the different islands and the customer representative explained it to me. I did not file a claim, but will buy travel insurance with this company again.
