I made a claim for reimbursement of one travelers air ticket after they had to cancel the trip. I experienced a lack of response to repeated emails week after week, even when re-forwarding prior emails, the agent was either completely overwhelmed or intentionally unresponsive hoping I would go away? Ultimately I received the partial refund but it took excessively long in my opinion.

Great, easy purchase experience. Fortunately all went well on our trip so no claim was required.

I can not believe the excellent service from this company. Easy, professional and check within 7 day’s of filing with a follow up phone call from their customer service. This will be the company I use for travel insurance.

It was such a relief to learn of your attractive fee structure. from an independent Travel Agent. After using credit cards with their “purchase protection”, we felt the double the amount of fees was over the top. With no chronic or recent serious health issues, we again appreciated saving hundreds of dollars on our trip insurance. Your ranges of coverage was in line for our type of travel plans. We will be a returning customer!

Our outbound flight to Victoria BC was cancelled on Thursday night, resulting in us having to fly out the next day and connect through Vancouver. We lost a day's vacation but that was Delta's fault (weather related.) Not sure if I would even be eligible for claim under this circumstance because we were still at home but had to cancel reservations and whale watch tour and a nights hotel. As far as Travel Insured International is concerned I haven't filed a claim and don't know if there is anything to file a claim for.

My claim was for delay in flights that caused extra lodging, food, and taxi expenses. Travel Insured International let me know they had received my claim and a couple weeks later called to let me know they had processed my claim and had mailed a check. I was very grateful for Travel Insured International's service.

Buying this policy gave me peace of mind on my trip. I would purchase it again.
