    Great peace of mind

    During Trip
    We had poeple who had to evacuated from the ship due to illness/injury. It was discussed at lunch and many people did not know their regular health insurance may not cover them when traveling outside the US.

    Claim forms could have been a little easier. Would be nice to be able to fill out digitally instead of on paper.

    We've used SquareMouth a number of times, and though we have never had to make a claim, we nonetheless travel with confidence knowing that our insurance needs will be covered.

    The over all experience was good. It was more of a peace of mind. Fortunately, we did not have any medical problems during our travels and at our stay in india. This was our first time to use your service. Since we both are over 70 years of age, there were limited choices of insurance companies to pick from. Since you company provided the list of companies and their coverage cost and limitations, it helped to pick the right coverage.
