    We were able to travel worry free because we had obtained our policy prior to traveling and knew if something happened we would be taken care of. The peace of mind added to the enjoyment of our trip. We never travel without obtaining travel insurance and have relied on Squaremouth to help us make that decision.

    they did not pay the full claim even though ALL receipts were provided. they shorted me $248.00 because they were having difficulty reaching the limo company. they always refer you to their website to check claim status, which is all short hand gibberish which means nothing to common people. they never answer the phone. always get a recording saying they are experiencing high call / claim volume. try right sizing your staff, instead of making excuses. waited 3 mouth for a partial reimbursement, that their own staff was confused about. filed a complaint with Square Mouth, but never heard back from them either. the whole process was slow, lacked communication, and professionalism.

    Right now I'm gathering papers to send to them. It's complicated by the fact that my husband completely cancelled due to surgery and I went on part of the planned trip. Hopefully all will work welll.

    This was my second time purchasing travel insurance through Squaremouth and, if needed, will use them again.The website allowed me to compare many different plans and narrow down the best choices for us. I was then able to contact a customer service rep who was very helpful in answering all questions I had to determine which policy was best for our needs as well as in verifying my understanding of many of the legal terms for a fully informed decision. Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim as everything went as planned. However, it was great peace of mind knowing we were covered if an issue had arisen prior to or during our trip!

    As always, excellent customer service at Square Mouth and the best travel insurance policies. I tell all my friends to purchase their travel insurance through Square Mouth. Be smart and buy the best, Square Mouth. I know I sound like a sales person, but, I am really happy with this company. I have used them numerous times for overseas travel.
