The claim process takes a long time to process. It took 7 weeks from the time they received my claim to make payment. I felt they required extensive documentation, such as proof that I paid for my trip insurance they issued! A lot of hoop jumping.

Thanks squaremouth for making travel insurance selection easier. Glad I didn't have to make a claim.

NB: Rx meds are not covered, our luggage has been lost/delayed for 7 days and most prescription insurance companies will not cover refills if less than the alotted time.

The purchasing went well! I also contacted their customer service concerning changes in my trip and they immediately adjusted the details. Satisfied!

While it took a couple months, we were reimbursed for the total amount of the claim. We were satisfied with TravelSafe and would recommend.

We read ratings on your company and both my husband and I were very pleased with the claims process. Please note we read reviews from other clients which were very good but o comments regarding the claims aspect. It took approximately 4-5 weeks process. We were never able to go on our trip due a medical situation. However the whole process was very efficient. Customer service was great. Both my husband and I would rather have gone on vacation. However., we would definitely recommend Squaremouth to anyone who is looking for a very good start solid travel insurance.
