Having a lot of choices can be time consuming but worthwhile. It is great to find so many choices in one place. Cannot imagine searching various sites to gather all the info that Squaremouth has. The other advantage is customizing ones policy and comparing. I will continue to use Squaremouth when I travel.

Some of the policy was difficult to figure out. With elderly parents I realized after the purchase that I couldn't tell if we were covered for a serious illness or death of immediate family. I called customer service and was told we did have that coverage. They were very helpful.

I had an accident while in Greece. I had moderate doctor bills. Time will tell how good the policy and customer service is. Filing the claim required an ENORMOUS amount of documentation but the instructions and the representative were both very clear in the explanation. The emergency number did not work from where I was: Naxos, Greece. I am however, very grateful for the insurance.

i liked the policy because it gave me exactly what i was looking for and even when i indicated a premedical condition, the rate was still very reasonable.
The customer service was excellent and i recommend this policy to all the travelers who care for a stress free travel.

We have purchased the same TravelSafe Classic policy for each trip we have taken the past 5 years (3 international trips per year). We are very happy with the policy and customer service and will continue to purchase this policy. The times we have had to make claims, customer service has been very helpful and we experienced no issues with claim reimbursement.

Did not need to file any claims, but I deal desl with customer service a couple of time before buying the policy and after buying the policy and they were always great!

It was clear online utopian choices I needed some help. When I called the number listed I spoke with a live person immediately. That made all the difference. When your traveling your shelling out money. It becomes hard to prioritize the right things. This made traveling smarter without breaking the bank.

When I was unable to download the contract off my computer Squaremouth arranged for a hardcopy to be mailed.

Will certainly use TravelSafe again for future trips.

So far the service has been very good. We have had horrible experiences with Global Allianz and couldn't reach Anerican Express after several attempts. We have filed four claims, so we will let you know how it goes.
