    I JUST FOUND THIS SURVEY IN MY TRASH BOX. DEALING WITH TRAVEL SAFE AND TRIPMATE HAS BEEN THE MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. I AM STILL FIGHTING THEM TO GET THE CLAIM FULLY PAID. EVEN DURING THE TRIP, THEY DELAYED IN GIVING AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT OF THE HOSPITAL BILL WHILE I WAS IN KATHMANDU. I HAD TO STAY IN THE HOSPITAL AND EXTRA DAY AND A HALF TO WAIT FOR TRIPMATE TO ACT. THEY HAD ALL THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK AND STILL WOULDN'T GIVE AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT. NOW AFTER GIVING THEM ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT THEY ASKED FOR, I AM STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR PAYMENT. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A POLICY FROM YOU AGAIN AND I HAVE TOLD MANY PEOPLE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. I WILL PROBABLY END UP TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. IF YOU WANT TO CONTACT ME, PLEASE DO SO AND I WILL FILL YOU IN. THANK YOU

    Regrettably, poor health required canceling our travel and our travel insurance. The lady with whom I spoke in this regard was courteous and helpful. The next time we are able to travel, we will look to you first.

    It took a while to get them on the phone but once I did they were very responsive. I also received a call back the following day which was nice. I can't say yet how the complete experience is since my claim is still pending but hopefully all will go well. I will be happy to follow up once my claim is finalized.

    The policy did not cover the incident I called about but the representative was courteous and helpful. She connected me quickly to an attorney who provided me with information that was helpful and enabled me to relax and enjoy the rest of my trip.
