    We bought the insurance, but had no interaction after that point as everything on our trip went smoothly. I can't truthfully rate or review the performance during our trip, but just knowing we had insurance was a relief.

    It is difficult to rate something you did not (fortunately) need. The process of comparing policies through Squaremouth was excellent. I was most interested in health/accident coverage should we have had an accident while abroad. Hopefully, I chose the company that would have assisted us without any hassles should the unfortunate accident have occurred. I am giving the provider five stars since it was the provider with the most accident coverage.

    I did get a quick response when calling about the official policy document ( I was told to download it ), I thought it was to be mailed. The other question are not applicable because I didn't need to file a claim.

    i could have made a claim but I failed toread my policy thoroughly....my bags were late by 24 hours...had to buy some clothes and necessities....my fault.....
