Although I was able to enjoy my trip and didn’t have to file a claim, the reviews for Trawick were great. I did a lot of research on different companies, and realized Trawick was the winner with customer satisfaction. I plan on choosing Trawick for all of my future big vacations.

Then they wanted more information which I sent. This was weeks ago. They only owe us $6000 in the light of money today. However, it is a lot for us not to mention how sad we are not to be able to take the trip because my husband was (and still is) not well. (fortunately it happened at home here in the U.S. not on the ship). I realize the insurance companies don't want fraudulent claims but the delay is not very comforting.
