    The agent spent time finding a policy with a shorter-than-usual lookback period for us, due to our unusual booking circumstances. I was very appreciative of her willingness to do so, and of the outcome.

    I experienced "baggage" loss and damage that was non traditional, that is, not on a common carrier. The loss occurred during a raft **** on the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon. The website is set up for on-line filing of losses and my case didn't fit the format. I contacted Trawick and they sent an electronic form to print and file, along with a letter of explanation providing information that was not asked. Customer service has been clear and timely, albeit anonymous. This claim is in the early stages.

    i was not able to take the trip and filed a claim. i submitted all documents but havent heard anything about the status. i requested info but got a automated response that they are running behind. so i am still in limbo.

    Everything went perfect for us… It was good to have, as it always is, INSURANCE in our back pocket pocket in case anything that might’ve happened. We especially liked that there was a cancel for any reason policy, although happily, we never even need to use that either!

    To Squaremouth........ I greatly appreciate you reaching out to me asking about my experience with Squaremouth. My experience was excellent. Unfortunately, I was unable to take the trip as planned. My husband and I were scheduled to travel to Charleston and Savannah with a group of fellow travelers here on Cape Cod. The travel agency, Funtastic Getaways, who put the tour together, had to cancel the trip due to not enough participants. I had purchased insurance; it never occurred to me that I would lose my money if the trip was cancelled for that reason. I called your company and was told that my reason for cancellation was not covered by insurance. Needless to say I was disappointed.

    I have purchased other insurance from you for an upcoming trip. Hopefully all our participants will be able to make it!

    Claim was paid with no questions asked, even though I could not provide all the information requested on the claim form. I nevertheless submitted a lot of information, and it was very clear that my trip cancellation was for a covered reason.

    My husband’s mother died two days before our trip. We had to cancel the trip, and we sent in all the paperwork to your company for a full refund as per the policy requirements. All we received back was an automated response stating you were too busy processing claims to get back to us in a timely manner. When I sent a second email asking about the status of the claim, I received the exact automated response.

    I submitted expenses for over the counter products purchased as a result of my wife's illness on our cruise. These were not covered and no explanation was offered. Additionally, if I had purchased these supplies on board the ship vs. at a CVS at a port, the expense would have been about triple what was submitted. Please provide reimbursement for the OTC expense.

    My husband and I both became ill with Covid during our trip and had to postpone our return home.
    We are in the midst of dealing with our tour company and will be filing a claim with Trawick in the near future.
