    My policy No. is 1829082
    I have called 888.352.3169 and 727.725.7522 and can never talk to anyone.
    I tried cbpconnect.com on line. THE INFORMATION I NEED TO START A CLAIM IS A 9 DIGIT NUMBER BEGINNING WITH A 9.

    HOW DO I GET THAT IF NO ONE TALKS TO ME? ALL I HAVE IS MY 7 DIGIT POLICY #.

    PLEASE SEND ME WHATEVER 9 DIGIT NUMBER I NEED PLUS EXPLICIT IINSTRUCTIONS GOING FORWARD ALONG WITH A TELEPHONE NUMBER IN CASE I NEED SOME HELP.

    POST THIS IF YOU WANT BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO SEND ME THE 9 DIGIT NUMBER TO START MY CLAIM.

    I had to cancel the trip due to illness, sent an inquiry asking if I could receive a credit to use the policy for an upcoming trip, provided proof of my cancellations and have not heard back.

    I received only an acknowledgment that my submission was received, that I would be contacted but have not heard from them since.

    I noticed the day of my travel that I had the wrong return date on my policy. I called customer service, and they were able to add the correct return date to the policy with no problem. Excellent customer service.

    I just filed the claim for our trip that we had to cancel due to an injury to my husband. Prior to the cancellation, I had to call Trawick a few times to increase our coverage as we make payments. Each time I called, the person I dealt with was pleasant and handled my situation properly.

    Claim was sent in May. Still no settlement on this claim. Terrible customer service. Nationwide/Trawick is not on my side. Will never use them again.

    The claims process and help completing and filing a claim is not user friendly.

    I filed a claim weeks ago and have no update. I also can't even find out if my claim is in process or what to expect. The claims system seems very unorganized.
