The processors needed more information and clarified what they expected without vague wording, leading to more time spent (as my friends are going through). I was able to get my claim settled weeks before the others. I appreciated the explanations for approval or denial as we went along.
After seeing how other insurance companies handle claims, I will use Seven Corners for all my future insurance needs.

I had not finished my claim tried to come back to it, but could not find it in process. I therefore started a new claim, so then I had multiple claims process. I attached information we received emails requesting the same information again. I am now waiting, you have everything required to process my claim .

November 8, 2024Michael from KY Verified Squaremouth CustomerEverything worked well in the end. Initially, I had wondered if my claim was for something that was covered by the insurance. When I asked I was told that they could not tell me and I would have to send the claim in. There were a lot of paperwork that had to be gathered, which was fine. But it was not fine if the claim had been denied on the basis that a doctor's visit was not covered. I would think the customer service rep ought to be able to answer that question along with the detail would have to be sent in.

I gave up even considering medical treatment due to lack of clarity of policy and inability to get questions answered while traveling. I gutted it out with broken leg and had surgery yesterday at home. Won’t be using this company again.

They denied my claims, never notified me on my $235 claim, no reason why. They kept asking for information, kept telling me they work working on it. Then nothing.Please contact them. I will be filing a complaint with my state insurance agency about the way Seven Corners does business.
