Our experience was good with Seven Corners,
There were many trip interruptions caused primarily by the airlines.
It made for a difficult trip. We intend to file a claim.

Overall, the process of purchasing insurance and filing a claim went smoothly. It was relatively easy to add coverage to the policy as additional trip costs were incurred, and once we were obliged to cancel our trip, the claims process was transparent and reasonably prompt. Although there was considerable documentation required to substantiate our claim, the online claim process worked well, and I was kept updated on a regular basis regarding the status of the claim. I would not hesitate to purchase insurance from Seven Corners in the future.

If your trip is cancelled, immediately file an insurance claim: do not try to rearrange your trip because Seven Corners won't adjust coverage--or the insurance cost--after a short period of time. The Seven Corners telephone help line told me that the company would recompute the insurance cost after I rearranged my trip but I later found out from the company that this wasn't true.
