    I broke a tooth 2 days before I was scheduled to leave. Called customer service. They looked for a dentist but due to the time and because I was leaving soon, could not help me. They will not cover costs once I get home and have it fixed even though I was injured on the trip. Waste of time, money and energy.

    I bought this travel insurance very first time because of COVID.
    We did not get on the flight out because my husband was not feeling good.
    I emailed but I got an email back that I need to call 844 411 2487 #5.
    I called and no one was available, the business hour is same as my work hour which is so inconvenient for me.
    I will make time to call to claim but I'm very disappointed how they serve your client.

    I did not get an email confirmation from Berkshire Hathaway, so I called to ensure I did have travel protection. I found out I owed more than originally charged. I got my email confirmation a few days before I left for my trip.

    So glad I had travel insurance while I was in South Africa as I needed to go to the Hospital there. Filling a claim was so easy too!
