    The performance of CSA has been very poor as I am yet to get a response/acknowledgement after submitting the claim 1 week ago. It was real poor support when I called them to their support phone line. I will never go for either CSA or Squaremouth

    I called their Customer Service prior to travel to inquire if they had ID tags that we could download for our luggage in case they were lost during travel. The representative was courteous and efficient. However, they did not offer ID tags. In today's world everyone's luggage looks alike, so anything that can make your luggage stand out from the others is always greatly appreciated.
