    We had to cancel the trip since our oldest son was admitted to a hospital in Dallas with Pneumonia and Hepatitis and placed in ICU. He is still in the hospital and will be there at least one more week. CSA is processing the claim.

    I had very little contact (if at all) with CSA Travel Protection. My contact (however little there was) was with Squaremouth.

    Since my trip went very well, I did not have to make a claim. As a result, I cannot rate CSA's performance.

    I received a copy of the policy and did not need to make a claim so did not have to work directly with the insurance provider. The trip went without a hitch and I felt secure about having the trip interruption insurance and medical evacuation coverage.
