    The transaction process was ssmooth and efficient. I had nio additional information. The information and service provided was exactly what was needed and requested.

    During Trip
    I did not use any of the contact help during the trip as those were not needed.

    During Trip
    I called the concierge on the 7th day of my trip to put the wheels in motion to go home early as I had some sort of stomach bug and could no longer enjoy myself.
    I did not feel so ill that it was what you would call an emergency but I was concerned about slipping into that state if I didn't get home ASAP.
    What I wanted was to be told that all I had to do was see a doctor and have him confirm my illness and that the wheels would be put into motion to get me home sooner. The thing is that I had flown first class and would require going home the same.
    I was told that after the medical report was submitted that the medical overseers would determine what method was suitable for me to travel home in. Not what I wanted to hear and it was going to drag out. To make it all more distasteful I was told that I would be emailed the proper forms which would then have to be faxed back at your fax number when filled out. A lot of work for a sick person in a foreign country that doesn't want to leave their room.
    To top it off none of the attachments would open anyway.
    And the woman on the phone with me would have hung up without getting my hotel phone# and room# had I not suggested that she might want it.

    I got on the phone with the airline myself and switched flights to depart on the 23rd. No big deal.
    I forfeited three nights of prepaid hotel and other prepaid amenities.
    The next day a woman called from the European branch to see if I had recovered or what. I did appreciate that at least someone checked up on me.
    All in all, it was way too much put back on me to take advantage of my insurance.
    I think what you offer is probably great for true emergencies but for a situation like mine it was a poor quality experience.
    I do understand requiring a doctors' report but it shouldn't have to be on your specific report form that I have to be bothered getting printed etc.
    So, there you have it. I got home on the evening of the 23rd, two weeks ago today. I finished my last dose of antibiotics today and am hoping whatever this thing was is gone!

    Before Trip
    Squaremouth was recommended by a friend who travels a lot. He said he would never travel without Squaremouth insurance. The price was significantly lower than what the travel agent's carrier was and for better coverage. We were travelling in an area of high potential political unrest. Fortunately we didn't have a to make a claim. Thank you for taking a potential worry out of my trip, it was great to know you'd be there if I needed you. I will definitely use Squaremouth's services again.
