We do not need to process a claim for our most recent trip. However, we did for a past trip. Great insurance company. Very helpful service reps, help me process our claim easily and effectively. Great company with whom to do business.

Having the travel insurance policy in hand prior to making our trip relieved my wife and me of any worries we might have had about paying for unforeseen calamities we might encounter on the trip.

Claim Process
I cannot recommend CSA Travel Protection highly enough. Not only did they handle and pay the claim promptly which my wife and I made as a result of the medical emergency she endured while we were traveling in Brazil, they inquired about certain other expenses we had overlooked and then paid those, too.

You called about a clain-we lost our carkeys and had to call a lock service)--the CSA spokesperson said--i will send you the claim form but I dont think you r covered. Well i didnt believe her--sent in the claim form and got my full $ amount back--$206--another example of an insurance company trying to get out of a claim--guess thats the norm for sleezeball insurance industry

I did not have a claim this trip, but had this policy for my trip last year and the year before. I did have a claim both times and it was paid quickly and easily.
