Before Trip I purchased the policy on line. It was simple. Docs arrived via email. Fortunately no issues on this trip and we don't expect claims. No real interact with "real persons" for this trip (thank god)

During Trip The trip was cancelled due to N/E Snow Storm
Claim Process I received 100% of my trip's expenses back from Orbitz and CSA due to the snow storm. I did not submit a claim because All monies were refunded.
