    We had no problems. The price was the best and response time was excellent.

    During Trip
    We had no need to call the emergency hotline or ask for any service during or after the trip.

    When I called in to inquire about making a claim, the rep was very helpful. I called in another time for status on claim and again the rep was very friendly and helpful.
