Before Trip I reviewed all documentation on-line comparing to other companies. Chose for produces and price. Received information/confirmation immediately on-line to print and take with me.
During Trip Thankfully I did not have to use the emergency help hotline nor contact the insurance carrier during my trip.
Claim Process On our return we missed our second flight because our first flight was delayed. SAS covered most expenses including our overnight. I filed for one meal. I scanned the required documents and submitted the claim by e-mail. I have not received an e-mail confirmation that the claim was received and am awaiting satisfaction.

Before Trip I didn't need to use the insurance, but I would contact this company again for future travel insurance.
During Trip I did not need to contact this company during my trip.

Claim Process I have yet submitted a claim. My husband (james) suffered a stoke while onboard our ship. He spent 9 days in a hospital in the Azores and we were sent home via an air ambulance. He is currently in a rehab hospital in SC. I am in the process of gathering info for the claim.
