    I am unable to get an update from Generali GA regarding whether they received the documents I forwarded them via e-mail due to their online system being unable to upload them from my desktop. Thus the mediocre feedback.

    I have never purchased trip insurance before, but Squaremouth was able to put my mind at ease and walked me through the process. I made a mistake on the application and did not notice until right before the trip. Customer Service was amazing and walked me through how to correct the information and update the policy. I definitely will use Squaremouth in the future and have recommended it to several friends and relatives for their upcoming trips.

    I called the Generali Global Assistance, sadly lost or stolen electronic devices are not covered under travel insurance. We got picked pocket in Madrid and have police report. Hoping we can get some money.

    I can’t believe how easy the claim process was. Initially, I had concerns because I thought it was going to be difficult—based on the bad experiences others had told me. Once my claim was entered, it was approved within 5 days and money was deposited quickly. The person assigned to my claim was great — he answered all of my questions.

    Our luggage was miss tagged at BNA and ended up going to Jamaica. American Airlines worked with us when we landed in Phoenix and had no bag. We received it 3 days later. After arriving home I contacted Generali and filed a claim for the items we had to purchase until we received our luggage. They replied promptly and I had a check for reimbursement within a day.
