    Was disappointed that insurance documents were not provided initially. I had to call a few days prior to departure to obtain them. The help I received over the phone was very prompt and efficient.

    I am trying to file a claim but have some questions. I have called 4 times this week but have not had a response to my messages. I have been ask to leave a message and will be contacted with in 2 business days, I will be called in about 34 minuets,I've held for 45 minuets and the told they would call me back. I am getting very upset.

    I wanted to file a small claim. I first tried contacting you by phone but after a 10 min hold I tried to get the claim form online. It wasn't easy to get the form and than I accidently hit mail form versus Email. Grrr. If you can Email me the form that would be great. I can't rate anything honestly because I have yet to deal with the actual claim but you don't make the claim process easy. I wouldn't want to be on hold if a had an emergency. I am currently waiting on the form so I can proceed.

    The paper work to file a claim is a bit excessive. 16 pages of documentation! Faxed 3 times and e-mailed twice before we received an acknowledgment that they had even received anything, Hoping the outcome will make all this worth it.

    We traveled to 6 countries in southern Africa and I was unsure of how to process insurance for all 6 of them. Your representative was extremely patient and helpful, and managed to get the whole procedure finished in minutes. We traveled with six other couples and we recommend you to all of them.

    Filed a claim which was received by the claim folks on March 14. This claim was for a clearly insured $37.80 item...and would take less than 5 minutes to review the paperwork submitted. It was not until May 1 that I received a check for the $37.80. That's over 45 days to get satisfaction on my petty claim. This is not good customer service. I might add that the claim tracking service was not user friendly.

    We travel yearly and always get travel insurance however it will not be with Squaremouth again.
