    Unlike some other insurance companies, Arch RoamRight had a "live" phone line for customer service. Others, only offered online services.
    When I called for pre-trip information and policy clarification, I was able to speak with a representative who promptly and efficiently answered my questions. Also, Arach RoamRight offers options for political evacuations as well as the standard medical evacuations.

    I had never heard of RoamRight before visiting Squaremouth's insurance comparison websites. But I have since learned that several fairly large tour groups use RoamRight. If I travel again, I certainly plan on checking in with RoamRight.

    Thank you, Squaremouth, for showing many available insurance options....not normally found in a typical web search.

    SquareMouth continues to make it easy to buy travel insurance providing best value. Only contact with RoamRight was to adjust dates of trip. They handled that efficiently and immediately sent me the updated policy.

    Customer service at Arch RoamRight is outstanding. Our travel plans had to be severely adjusted due to a glitch on the tour company's end. The RoamRight team was responsive, positive and reassuring while enabling us to make different plans.

    We will always look to SquareMouth, and especially RoamRight, for our travel insurance needs. They are the best, by far!

    I had an eye infection on board ship to the amount of $500.00 I expected to go right through the insurance, but had to go through my primary. I have sent in all my papers to Medicare. I will see how much they pay and will submit the remainder to the insurance I purchased through Arch RoamRight (swquaremouth Policy # TVL1278163018. It will take 60 days to hear from Medicare.

    My claim sat in "new" status for 6-7 weeks. After getting no response to emails, I called them. It took 3 phone calls to finally talk to a claims adjuster. The adjuster found and handled my claim promptly from that point and it was paid.

    It took a little while, but overall the process was straight forward and without hiccups. We were forced to evacuate during our fall beach trip to Seaside, FL due to Hurricane Michael. Overall the trip interruption claim was handled efficiently, and without problem. The process seemed a little slow, but overall I was OK with it as the company emailed me updates as the claim's status changed and the process progressed. I received my refund check, and it was right on par with what I thought I should receive. This is why you buy trip insurance, and it reinforces the fact that I won't be caught without it when purchasing an expensive vacation. I've purchased trip insurance for various trips over the years, and never needed it, but the one time you do, it more than pays for itself and the many times you don't....

    I am very disappointed with Arch Roamright. We filed our claim over a month ago for a missed connection (included in our plan) and have heard nothing from them. I would think that good service means that someone from their company contacts claimants to let them know approximately how long it will take to resolve a claim. I am aware that we filed claims during a hurricane that disrupted service on the East Coast, but a month should be long enough to give us an idea regarding when the claim will be examined.

    The website would not allow me to buy the policy I wanted directly (on both policies I have bought for separate trips) and I had to call a representative both times to make the purchase. Fix the website.
