    Good so far but I have to wait 3 weeks to speak to an adjuster which seems a long time ( I work within in the insurance industry and this seems longer than industry standards) . Other than this the staff have all been very helpful and friendly.

    This is not the experience I had but my fellow travelers (3) ended up using a different company as they were never able to reach a live person using the number I gave them. My experience with customer service was very good, the individuals were friendly and answered my many questions.

    Claim process is very slow. I had emergency open heart surgery and we had to cancel back in July. Then we had to wait a month after contacting you before we could even file the claim.
