My trip went off without incident and I did not need to file a claim. Having peace of mind that I was covered if something were to have happened was very comforting and enabled me to enjoy my vacation worry free.

My claim takes longer than expected and at the end the amount of claim they approved is like slap in the face and i regret
of buying the policy and I will never recommend to anybody. Even though up to now I havent even received their tiny insult check up to now

I contacted your claims office upon my return from my trip to learn if and how to file a claim as I had gotten ill on the final portion (onboard ship) of my trip. Your staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind and I have now very easily completed the paperwork required and submitted it to your office. I am now awaiting the results.

I had patellar tendonitis occur while traveling and it was so painful that I had to visit a clinic for diagnosis and recommended treatment. Upon returning from my trip I submitted a small claim for reimbursement of my expenses. My claim was reviewed and paid within one week. I am very satisfied with Travelex Insurance Services and would buy this travel insurance again.

I am having a bear of time getting my claim through. I purchased 7 legs of flights in Europe for this summer. My husband was diagnosed with throat cancer before the trip and could not join us due to treatment (chemotherapy and radiation). I have sent 38 pages of documentation through the doctor's office. I purchased the flights together and so I had to call and cancel each leg for just my husband. I have documentation of the cancelations. Travelex wants the original receipt / credit charge of each ticket. That does not exist and I have told and written that to them. The price of what I need covered is divided by four - 1/4 the price since 1 of 4 people did not travel due to illness. Please help.
