Thus far they have been very helpful. I can't believe the mounds of paperwork that you must complete though!! Save every piece of paperwork would be my advise and if you have to pay something in cash, i.e. taxi - don't expect to be reimbursed.

However, since the most important interaction with any insurance company is the claims process and we did not need to make a claim, I can't provide the insights travel insurance buyers would value most highly.
