I have been so busy that I have not made a claim. My luggage was damaged and I have not had time to get an estimate.The outside of one wheel was cracked and the wire edging on the top came through the material. I will get a claim in asap.

I had to change the end date of the insurance to add one more day - without any problems, promptly received the updated certificate.During Trip
