    Once I had decided on the coverage and the carrier everything simply fell into place without seamlesly.

    I could have answered "not applicable" to all of these. I paid for the insurance and that was the only interaction I had. The trip went smoothly, so I had no reason for further interaction.

    Before Trip
    I never received the insurance policy in the mail. So, the service I received is a minus. No other service was required.

    During Trip
    I could not reach them about my injury in Indonesia. i have no way of knowing if it was the phone sservice or a problem with the numbers given me.

    Claim Process
    submitted the claim on about September 18th. I don't have the papers available to me at this time, as I am house sitting somewhere else. I have not yet heard from the insurance company. The amount of the claim is approsimate. Please send me another questionnaire to fill out as more information is available.
