    I had difficulty finding the certificate online for further information. I called to 800 number and the agent was very helpful in answering all my questions

    I don't recall ever being contacted by the company prior to departure. Some sort of contact would have given me a little more peace of mind.

    During Trip
    I had no reason to contact the company during my trip so I can not rate these areas.

    Thankfully, I didn't need to use the policy so I didn't interact with the company once purchased. IT was a better value than what the tour company offered adn that was a +. ! would do it again.

    No problems, but other than receiving the insurance documents we didn't have any interaction before the trip.

    During Trip
    Had to cancel our trip, so we have no experiences to share.

    Claim Process
    Easy to submit our claim (by fax), and we received a check for the full amount of our claim exactly three weeks after submitting it.
