    Before Trip
    This is the 2nd time I have purchased travel insurance for overseas trips. Since I don't need trip cancellation insurance at my age and take some last minute trips; having emergency medical and expatriation insurance gives me huge peace of mind should anything ever occur (e.g. broken ankle).

    During Trip
    couldn't answer my questions completely. Gave me wrong information. Never sent me email info as they stated they would. Only contacted me once since I've been home and stil cannot explain claim info. It's like one hand not knowing what the other is doing.

    still waiting for bills from dr labs, etc.. haven't put the claim in as yet.
