    granted this was a complex claim... still the customer service just did not "get it" and ended up sending only half the requested amount

    The only downside is that we had to carry a full sheet of paper to show insurance certification. Would have liked a wallet-sized card.

    During Trip
    Never had occasion to use the insurance.

    Simply the clearest and straight forward online insurance website!

    should have used but wasn't aware it existed so called primary insurance for help

    This was all done on-line, so there was absolutely NO customer service or interaction with any "live" person. I don't mind this, but find it ridiculous that you would want to know about "customer service."

    During Trip
    I was stranded in London on my home due to the volcano ash. What was supposed to be a 2 hour layover turned into 7 days and I arrived there sick and totally unprepared and without resources. The Travelex rep was nice but of no help. He didn't think I would be covered as the volcano was an act of God.
