    We felt very comfortable ordering a plan through Squaremouth. We have done it many times in the past. Teavelsafe seemed like a very cood company to deal with and we got one with health as primary coverage. Thankfully we did not need to use any part of the policy but we felt good having the 24/7 number if we needed to make contact from overseas

    24-hour assistance after a fire in the airport was informative, courteous and prompt. The forms are quite straightforward and easy to complete. My claim is in process so I can't speak to reimbursement, but so far, I would definitely recommend TravelSafe and choose them for future trips.

    We moved the date of our trip back a couple of weeks so I had to contact TravelSafe and have them adjust our policy dates of coverage. Was done easily and no issues. Customer service was good experience. We thankfully didn't have to file a claim while on this trip, but good to know we had Insurance just in case.

    Easy to compare policies, easy to understand what is covered, easy to purchase. Unlike car or home or life insurance, where you must FIRST purchase and then are given a copy of the policy, here you can read all the policies and know EXACTLY what is covered before you purchase.

    Thank goodness we didn't have to use the policy. We were very comfortable that we would have had plenty of support if we had needed it. The policy made all the steps necessary very clear to us. We also felt we could contact a person if needed. We felt that the price was a good value for the coverage.
